The Lock card

See at a glance whether the doors are locked, and lock or unlock them from the sofa.

What it shows

One lock or up to eight. Each shows a padlock symbol, the word Locked or Unlocked (or Unavailable if the lock cannot be reached), and a button to change it.

Add the card

Every card is added the same way. If you have done this before, skip ahead.

  1. On the dashboard, move to a card you want to replace. Press and hold the center of the remote's pad for about a second. The card dims and a Modify button appears on it.

  2. Press the center once to choose Modify. The Choose a card screen opens.

  3. On the left, choose Home, then move right and choose Lock. (You can also leave the list on All and scroll; cards are in alphabetical order inside each group.)
  4. Tick between one and eight locks.
  5. Finish with the Add to Dashboard button (on some cards it reads Add Lock). You return to the dashboard with the new card in place.

Using it every day

  1. Move to the card and press the center to enter it.

  2. Press the center on the Lock or Unlock button. The word changes when the lock confirms.
  3. Press Back to leave.
